Refund & Returns Policy

At Dream Skin Nepal, your satisfaction is our priority. We've designed our policy to be straightforward and fair.

If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, with original packaging and tags attached
  • Products must not be damaged, with no signs of contamination
  • Limited edition, sale items, and intimate products are non-returnable
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle can only be returned as a complete set

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange your items:

  1. Contact Customer Service

    Email us at dreamskinnepal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for Approval

    Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1–3 business days.

  3. Ship the Product

    Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address with the return label.

  4. Choose How You're Refunded

    Once your return is approved, you can choose how you'd like to receive your refund: a refund to your original payment method, a replacement product, or DS Points for future purchases.

We recommend taking pictures of your return package before shipping as proof of condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are determined by the reason for your return:

Defective Products

If an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped, we will cover both return and replacement shipping costs.

Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please keep the shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Important Notes

Please be aware of these additional policy details:

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all labels and packaging
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Dream Skin Nepal is not liable for returns lost in transit
  • Returns from unauthorized sellers will not be accepted
  • Refunds go to your original payment method
  • Free gifts and promotional items aren't separately refundable

We reserve the right to reject unreasonable or late return requests. All disputes will be handled at Dream Skin Nepal's discretion.

Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed once we've checked stock, pricing, and payment. If we ever need to cancel it, we'll refund you in full.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Message us before your order ships, and we'll cancel it with a full refund. Once it's dispatched, please use our regular return process instead.

Limitation of Liability

If a product we've sold has a problem, we'll put it right with a refund or replacement. This doesn't affect any right you have under Nepali consumer protection law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
